We accept returns within 30 days of receiving. Free gifts, bras & underwear, customized products and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
Customers need to cover the return shipping cost unless the return results from an error on Dream Motto Team.
Once we receive the product and it shows no signs of use, damage or lack of original packaging, a refund will be issued as per the original method of payment. If there is any damage, a partial refund may be made depending on the condition of the item.
